I Tried A Grove Collaborative Subscription, Here’s What Happened
Lately I have been trying to figure out what cleaning products will work best at home. Grove Collaborative got my attention with their latest promotion which included a free Mrs. Meyers cleaning kit with purchase. Is a Grove Collaborative subscription for you?
Founded by a group of friends in San Franciso, Grove Collaborative was created to make it easier to find healthier home essentials. The customer gets a customizable service that delivers all-natural home, beauty, and personal care products. Every product they sell is backed by the “Grove standard”, which means it should be affordable, eco-friendly and effective for your cleaning needs.
Honestly, I am very cautious when it comes to these subscription services. There are a ton of them and it seems like a new one appears every day. I decided to try my luck and signed up. There is a great selection of eco-friendly brands such as Mrs. Meyers, Cora, Honu Wellness and Method. As part of the promotion I had to add at least $20 of items to my cart. I selected several Mrs. Meyers items like a laundry booster, candle, multi-purpose cleaner and then some feminine hygiene wipes by Cora. The free kit was this cute carrying container, dish soap, sponges, glass spray bottle and cleaner.
Overall, I think a Grove Collaborative subscription can be helpful.
Global warming is a growing concern and I am always looking for a green eco-friendly option. In addition, not only are there good products to pick from the items are super affordable. Items seem to cost about 10% less than it would at the store and shipping is only $2.99. Grove also offers price matching, has responsive customer service and a VIP membership option which is only $19.99 a year (yes you read that right) to keep your favorite items coming.
I was actually glad that I took a chance on this subscription service. I’m not sure if it will fit into my lifestyle yet, I will see how well the product combination fits my needs.
